Doğan, a successful surgeon in Izmir, is forced to return to his family, whom he has been away from for years, after his struggles in the emergency room. While Doğan, who comes to Istanbul for his sister's wedding, confronts the accounts he thought he left behind in the past, he finds himself in the middle of the power struggles within the Hancıoğlu family. On the one hand, the authoritarian father Tahir, and on the other hand, his brother Sinan, whose ambitions know no bounds...

While Doğan's arrival upsets the balance in the family; Acting with a sense of justice, young and beautiful lawyer Çağla is unintentionally dragged into this chaos because of her beloved brother Behram. As the two's paths cross irreversibly, their fates begin to be rewritten. The unexpected developments that follow force Doğan to stay with his family for a much longer time than he planned, even if he doesn't want to.
