Memo, who lives in an Aegean town during the coup period with his little daughter and his grandmother, whom he loves very much, is a shepherd with a mental disability but who lives happily in his small world. One day in 1983, Memo, whose ordinary life suddenly turned upside down after the death of the daughter of the martial law commander, was sentenced to death penalty and thus came to the 'Seventh Ward'. It doesn't seem possible for him to survive here. However, the entire ward, which initially welcomed him with hatred, sees his good heart, gradually begins to become convinced that Memo does not have the personality to commit murder, and over time, everyone whose life he touches mobilizes to save Memo's life.
