Story

In this documentary, which details the preparations of amateur and professional bodybuilders from Gold's Gym to Venice Beach California for the 1975 Mr.Olympia competition, Arnold Schwarzenegger, the 5-time consecutive Mr.Oympia champion, once again beat his rivals Serge Nubret and the much younger Lou Ferrigno and became the champion in the 1975 Mr.Olympia competition. In the overall competition, his close friend Franco Columbu appears and he beats him, albeit with some difficulty, and becomes the overall champion. The film successfully presents brief moments from the lives of Mr.Universe and Mr.Olympia champions to bodybuilding enthusiasts. It gives us pleasure to watch Franco Columbu pick up the parked car with his hands and move it to another place, to explode the hot water bottle with his mouth, and to watch the rivalry between Arnold and Ferrigno reflected in a sweet and harsh way.
