Alev Koral

Alev Koral, whose real name was Hatice Alev Emre, is a Turkish actress and voice artist. Born in Istanbul on June 18, 1931, the artist passed away in the same city on July 17, 2005. Continuing her career in both acting and voice work, Alev Koral brought unforgettable characters to life in the cinema world. The artist notably drew attention with her voice performance as Bahar in the film "Susuz Yaz" (Thirsty Summer), and also contributed voice work to productions such as "Yavrum", "Deniz Kızı" (Mermaid), "Ölüm Emri" (Death Warrant), "Sibel", and "Yaşamak İstiyorum" (I Want to Live). Additionally, she portrayed the sister of Leman and Ethem in the film "Üvey Baba" (Stepfather) and played the character Müdire Hanım in "Kızlar Yurdu" (Girls' Home). Among her works is the film "Sibel", in which she provided the voice for Muazzez Abacı. The only known detail about her private life is her marriage to Orhan Elmas. The artist continued her active work on stage and in studios until 2005, before bidding farewell to life.
