Yusuf Çetin

She launched her acting career in 1971 with Lale Oraloğlu Tiyatrosu and soon transitioned to cinema. Having appeared in approximately 400 films in character roles as a supporting actor, she was among the founders of Sinema Emekçileri Sendikası (SİNE–SEN), an affiliate of DİSK, in 1977. She served as the general president of the union for a period. Additionally, she has long held the position of chairperson of the supervisory board of Çağdaş Sinema Oyuncuları Derneği (ÇASOD). Beyond her social activities, she also served in leadership roles at Mezopotamya Basın ve Yayın A.Ş. (MKM) and İnsan Hakları Derneği (İ.H.D.). In recent years, she established a company named ARARAT Film Production and entered the field of production.
