Information notice under Turkish Data Protection Law no. 6698 (KVKK).

Data controller

• Film Senaryo — the company publishing this website is the data controller responsible for processing personal data.

Data processed and purposes

• Identity and contact details (member name, e-mail) — to carry out membership operations.
• Password — stored irreversibly hashed for secure sign-in.
• IP address — for spam/abuse prevention and rate limiting on comment and vote forms.
• Comment and vote content — to provide content sharing and community features.

Legal basis

• Your personal data is processed for purposes that do not require the conclusion or performance of a contract, where processing is necessary to provide the service, and to fulfil legal obligations.

Transfers

• Your data is not sold or shared for marketing purposes.
• We work with data storage and security providers only to the extent required to deliver the service.
• During ad delivery, technical data may be shared with Google (including servers outside Turkey); see the Advertising section of the Privacy Policy.

Retention

• Membership records are kept for the duration of membership; comment records while published; rate-limit records are temporary and deleted shortly after.
