Bennie Chan, a Hong Kong detective, has been after Victor Wong, a mob leader who has been known to terrorize the environment for more than 10 years. Chan's unfortunate nephew will one day be in trouble with Wong's mob and he must find an American gambler Connor Watts, a very important witness in a murder.
