Biography
Zendaya Maree Stoermer Coleman (born September 1, 1996), known as Zendaya, is an American actress, singer, dancer, and model. She began her career at a young age through her involvement with the dance group Future Shock Oakland, as part of programs at the Orinda California Shakespeare Theater, Oakland School for the Arts, and Call Shakes' summer conservatory. As a teenager, she appeared in the music video for Kidz Bop's version of Katy Perry's hit single "Hot n Cold." She started her professional career working at Macy's, Mervyn's, and Old Navy. In 2009, she auditioned for the Disney Channel series Shake It Up, known as Haydi Çalkala in Turkish, to play the role of Rocky Blue. Several songs she performed on the show were released as singles. That same year, she also released a promotional video for "Swag It Out." Zendaya invested the money she earned from her success on Shake It Up into Make Your Mark: Ultimate Dance Off 2011. She starred alongside Bella Thorne in the 2012 Disney Channel original film Frenemies. That year, more of Zendaya's content was released on Shake It Up's second season and Shake It Up: Live 2 Dance. After signing a deal with Hollywood Records under the Disney label, she began working on her first solo album.
In early 2013, Zendaya joined season 16 of Dancing With the Stars as the youngest contestant and finished in second place. That July, it was decided to conclude Haydi Çalkala, and in the following months, Between U and Me and her debut album Zendaya were released. The album's single "Replay" was released on July 16, 2013, reached number 40 on the Billboard Hot 100, number 18 in New Zealand, and was certified platinum by the RIAA on July 30, 2014. Her self-titled album was released on September 17 and peaked at number 51 on the Billboard 200. Zendaya's first solo film, Zapped, was released in 2014. Additionally, in March 2016, it was announced that she would play one of the lead roles and portray the character Michelle in Spider-Man: Homecoming. It was also announced that the new Spider-Man film would be released in July 2017. After a hiatus of about 1.5 years following the conclusion of the Shake It Up series, Zendaya made a swift return to the screen with the lead role in the series K.C. Undercover. In 2019, she portrayed the character Rue Bennett in HBO's youth drama Euphoria, winning an Emmy Award in 2020 for this role, making her the youngest actor ever to win the award at age 24.

Actor Assistant
Zendaya emerged as a young star known for her work on Disney Channel's "Hi 5" series and music videos during the early years of her career, but over time she shed this image to take steps into cinema's most prestigious projects.
In particular, with her role as MJ in Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse, she delivered a successful performance in the science fiction genre, successfully combining the character's emotional depth with physical prowess in action scenes.
This transition marks an important evolution, demonstrating that she is not only the face of popular culture but also a master of serious cinema art.

✔ Pros
- His ability to take on roles in various genres, drawing from his well-known works, and his successful portrayal of strong supporting roles alongside lead characters in high-budget projects such as Spider-Man are notable.
- His dance and singing career, which began at a young age, contributed to developing his confidence on stage and his skill in using body language, creating a natural fluidity in his cinematic performances.
✖ Cons
- The youthful and energetic image established during the Disney era has occasionally led some audiences to conflate it with his serious roles, resulting in references to past pop culture being mistakenly associated with his later work.
- Based on the available information, his filmography remains limited outside of a single role in one film, and his experience across various genres is constrained; this creates a significant lack of data for long-term career analysis.
