Revenge of the Past

Wing, chief of the Hong Kong police department, loses his entire team in a gang attack, gives himself up for alcohol with guilt, and a young man with problems in his past, started working with Wing by introducing himself as a police officer, and his goal is to get him back to his old self, so they can get their revenge on gang leader Joe.
