Story
Billy Wong is a New York cop who lost his partner in a robbery. When the daughter of a wealthy man Laura Shapiro is kidnapped, Billy and his new colleague Danny Garoni work as security guards at a fashion show. Laura's father is suspected of being linked to Mr. Ko, a drug lord from Hong Kong, so the NYC police commissioner sends two officers to Hong Kong to investigate.
