"Forgotten Island" (2026) is a production that combines animation, adventure, and fantasy genres, presenting a mythological world based on Filipino legends. Director Januel Mercado narrates an adventure beginning with two young friends falling onto a mysterious island, rich both visually and emotionally. The narrative structure initially creates an entertaining and adventurous atmosphere; however, as the friendship between the duo is tested, emotional intensity increases.
